Weather doesn’t affect us here! Rain or shine we are getting after it! Getting better everyday, if you weren’t able to come today that’s okay! We still have camp for the next two days.

The Lions Club Big Red Night is tomorrow, May 5th, from 6-8pm. Come out and meet some great Husker athletes!!!

Football signup forms will be going home with students this week. Our youth football program will be joining the Northeast Nebraska 8-man tackle league this fall. This will be for 5th-6th graders. 4th graders will be allowed to play on the tackle team if their parents choose (please contact Coach Dash or Coach Mike to discuss - info on signup form).

We will also continue to participate in the Eastern Nebraska Flag Football League based in Fort Calhoun. They have opened up a flag division for 4th graders this year. As of now, the divisions will be set at 1st-2nd and then 3rd-4th. If they get enough 4th grade teams to participate they may create their own division.

The 2nd-3rd grade flag football teams finished out their season today. The Eagles had a great year and improved each and every week. And congrats to the Raiders - Eastern Nebraska Flag Football League Champions!

Another great year with a bunch of these young Tigers! They improved each time they stepped out on the field and the future is looking great. Thank you parents for allowing your kids to play this great sport and letting us coach them! As always Go Tigers!

Parents and athletes please read. We will be having 2 meetings this week to talk about our football program on the subject of 8-man vs 11-man football. Please take a look at the details and plan to attend the meeting that applies to you.

Players: We will have a meeting with all current football players in grades 8-11 in the school auditorium on Tuesday September 30th during AP. Please check in with your AP teachers and get to the auditorium as soon as you can.

Parents: We will have a meeting with the parents of all current football players in grades 6-11 in the school auditorium on Wednesday October 1st at 7pm.

Tekamah-Herman 4th-6th Youth Football will scrimmage on Thursday at Tiger Stadium from 6-7:30pm. Team and position warm-ups will start at 6pm and the scrimmage starts around 6:30pm.
