🔔 Fashion Update 🔔
I went up to Paso Robles Equine for my two month follow up. The doctor was very pleased with my progress. 🙌🏻 The ultrasound imaging and the lameness exam were significantly improved! 🎉 He said another month of hand (quad) walking but to increase it to 20-25 minutes a day and then I can start to do my physical therapy walk trot work under saddle the second month. I am so happy because I am so b.o.r.e.d. 🥱 I can’t wait to get back to working - I love to work - I do not do well doing nothing. This years shows got postponed but you just wait till next year! I’ll be back at it! 👏🏻 And in the meantime, the red headed sister (Zuzu) is getting a lot of attention and I can say that she is doing well becoming a riding horse for Mom. 💞

Some real wild horse interaction. For those that think horses are just docile beings - think again - this is how horses do interact with each other when the time calls for it - and then in the next second, walk away. Quite impressive these two….and then there is the third horse. 😂

📣 📣 Fashion has an announcement 📣 📣
Have you been wondering why the red headed child (Zuzu) has been getting all the press recently? Well, last May something wasn’t right and mom took me to the lameness specialist in Paso Robles three hours away. Somehow, I managed to inflame both of my hind suspensory ligaments. The vet said it is like plantar faciaitis in humans. It needs time to recover and Mom did this really cool thing called RenoVō which are equine embryonic stem cells that got injected into my ligaments to help cut the healing time in half! 🤞 We are 50 days into rest and hand (quad) walking 10 minutes a day. I am bored. 😑 We go for a check up in a few weeks. In the meantime, I guess you should enjoy Zuzu’s updates - about time that kid earned her keep! 🤨

A bath for the birthday girl!!! 🎂 🎉 💞. Zuzu turned 4 today! The baby pic is when I went to see her at 3 months old and she stole my heart!

With all the crazy that is my life the last 10 weeks - the ups, the downs, the chemotherapy, immunotherapy, labs, infusions, injections, doctor appointments, pills, more pills, omg, more pills - I keep showing up! It may be slow but I am still making training progressing forward with Fashion! 🌟 Last weekend we got our first ever on the aids line of five clean 3 tempis! 🙌🏻 🎉 I know there is room for improvement in straightness, connection and confidence to have them more confirmed but I am SO EXCITED!!!! 🤩 �
