Dear Tecumseh Area Little League,

On behalf of Michigan District 16, thank you for hosting the 2026 Little League Baseball State Tournament. Your league once again demonstrated what makes Tecumseh so special — a league that shows up, works hard, and never hesitates to lend a hand.

Your volunteers were the heart of this event. Their dedication, energy, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made the tournament run smoothly from start to finish. It truly takes a village to successfully host a tournament of this size, and your village is one of the very best.

Even though the tournament did not end the way we would have liked, every field was prepared with care, every game supported with enthusiasm, and every visiting team welcomed with genuine hospitality. Your commitment to Little League and to the players and families across Michigan shines through in everything you do.

Thank you for always saying yes, for always stepping up, and for making the 2026 Little League Baseball State Tournament a memorable experience for everyone involved.

We are incredibly proud of the Tecumseh 10/11/12 team for their amazing run to the Little League State Tournament. This group battled hard every single day, showing heart, determination, and true teamwork.

While this may be the end of the Little League journey for most of this team, we hope they always remember this special season — the friendships they built, the amazing coaches, the memories they made, and the packed stands full of family, friends, and fans cheering them on. They represented Tecumseh with pride, and we could not be more proud!

Thank you Tecumseh for packing the stands and showing the boys all the support!!
