Our Elevate Cardio Drum group had a little surprise diaper donation for Alec and his wife Marlena. They recently welcomed Baby Emmett, who joins them and Big Brother Kian as they are now a fam of 4!

For those of you who dont know Alec, he is one of the amazing crew that works at the AJ Smith Rec Center. He always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help! This was a small token of our appreciation! Congratulations Alec Lacelle!!

Oh My Goodness… tonight was a full house and full of fun, laughter, sweat, hugs and connections! I absolutely love how we are a community the lifts one another and supports each other when life hits us! That is why we are so special and not “just” an exercise class!! 💙💚
