After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to bring in the CITADEL Hip Press.

I never buy equipment just because it’s popular or because famous people use it. I always try every machine myself before making a decision.

When I first opened my gym, Glute Builder wasn’t available in the U.S., so I flew 16 hours to Korea just to test it before buying it.

That’s when I happened to try this machine, and I loved it.

You can train one leg at a time or both legs together. What impressed me the most was the shoulder pads. They keep your body locked in during heavy sets, so you can focus entirely on your legs.

I wasn’t planning to spend this much on a leg machine, but since there’s nothing like it at any gym in New Jersey, I decided to bring it to Volt Gym. I can’t wait for you guys to try it.

Estimated lead time: 15–20 weeks.

I think a great posing room comes down to three things.

1. Lighting that lets coaches accurately check an athlete’s body definition and overall physique.
2. Plenty of space where people can lie down, stretch, relax, and hang out together before their workouts.
3. Great lighting that makes selfies look good 👍
