El Especial No Aflojes, todo en una página. Tres paquetes, Deseo, Disciplina, Dedicación, y cada número está ahí mismo en el flyer. Sesiones de cortesía, escaneos corporales y ahorros reales vienen con cada uno, desde $688 hasta $1,194 según cuántas sesiones apartes.

La única regla es que te presentes. Dos o tres sesiones por semana, y Dedicación pide tres. Las fiestas ya vienen y así llegas a ellas con ventaja.

Julio used to get into fights. A lot of them. Boxing is the reason he doesn't anymore, and the reason he thinks about it differently, because you can't just get in there and fight like a savage and expect to get better. Now it's a better relationship with his family, with his daughter, with everybody around him.

Julian comes straight here after school. That's the whole thing for him, a schedule and a routine while a lot of kids his age are out on the street with nothing to do. His grades went up, his parents come to his fights, and he'll tell you himself that he loves to win.

Six weeks of real fight camp with Coach Pablo and Coach Dred, and on November 22 you get in the ring. You don't need any experience. This was built for working people who want to find out what they're made of.

Pre-camp is Sunday September 27 at 8am at the gym. Come see what it is, meet the coaches, ask whatever you want. Camp starts October 4 and it's $400 for the six weeks.

The form is in the bio. You have to be registered to come to pre-camp, so get it done before the 27th.

5:30 this morning, five of us on the turf and then out the front door for the first Mile Mondays run.

Coach Don laid out the route on the sidewalk. Two fire hydrants out, turn back, that's your mile. Then hands in, Different Breed on three, family on six, and they were gone down the block before the sun was up.

Coach Don got his own mile in later on the treadmill, because you don't skip your own program.

Every Monday from here. Sunrise run at 5:30 AM, sunset run at 7:15 PM, all paces, eight more Mondays to the Giants Foundation 5K on November 8. Next one is Monday 9/14. Come run with us.
