Ok ok, I've had wayyyy to many views on this page lately to not be posting. Sooooooo, it's time for a comeback!!
Today's workouts were:
1) one of Shaun T's newest. It's a 7 day kickstart to a new program and available on Beachbody on Demand
2) 4 mile run
