SCMS tradition - final practice of the season with all 3 teams together - it’s “White Lies” themed! 🏐

It’s such a bittersweet day! It’s a fun practice but also means this chapter is closing for us 😭 We love seeing the creativity of our girls 💙

We have one more regular season game - at home vs South Oldham (Thursday 9/17). We would love to see you there!

Final away game of our season for all 3 teams 🥹 It’s bittersweet as things come to a close, but we get to wrap up our season at home on Thursday 🎉

6th grade came up short in 2 sets

7th grade went to 3 sets but ultimately also came up short

8th grade won in 3 🎉

8th Grade Night - Part 2 🎉

While 6th grade came up short, 7th and 8th grade both ended the night with 2 set wins 🎉

A great night a volleyball to celebrate our 8th graders!

Final week of the regular season is next week -
Monday - Away at CAL (7th & 8th grade)
Tuesday - Away at MCM
Thursday - Home vs South Oldham

About last night 🥹…. Family, friends, teammates, coaches, teachers all came out to support a truly special bunch of 8th Grade Lady Grizzlies 💙

This group of girls is such a hard working bunch, not only talented athletes but wonderful students, kind and thoughtful friends, and leaders in our school community 💙 They represent the very best that SCMS has to offer! We are so incredibly proud of them! 💙

8th Grade Night 🎉🎉

Tonight we get to celebrate our amazing bunch of 8th graders!

6th grade begins at 5:45, 8th grade recognitions will start at the conclusion of the 7th grade game 🏐

9.3.26 - Away game at East Shelby

6th and 7th grades each had a tough loss, while 8th grade finished the night with a win 🎉

A first for us - the fire alarm went off mid-game and we had to evacuate the building! But 8th grade came back in after the all clear and got the job done! 🏐

Schedule for next week - we are away at North Oldham on Tuesday. And home on Thursday, ready to celebrate our AMAZING group of 8th graders! 🏐

9.1.26 - Home Game vs East Oldham

Home game with a twist - due to the heat and air conditioner situation at the middle school, we moved our game down the road to our high school.

6th grade took a win in 2 sets 🎉🎉

7th grade also got their win in 2 sets (battling back from a big deficit to start the 2nd set) 🎉🎉

8th grade left it all on the floor in their loss in 3 sets, with 2 of those sets going to extra points (winning set 2 with a score of 30-28, and falling short in set 3 with a 16-14 score)

There is not a coach more proud of their players 🥹 Every one of our girls gave full effort last night - working as a unit, playing selflessly and with so much heart 💙 We are so very proud of our Grizzlies!

Next home game is our 8th grade night! (Thursday 9/10)
