If you have a player Casting (barrel of the bat coming around through the zone early) this is one of the drills we use as instrctors to fix it and get the hands through the zone on time. We fixed her swing in 5 minutes and now she eats those hard to get inside pitches up. Yes, not only are we a travel team we also do lessons for everyone 10 and older at the Batting Barn in Laurel. 601-335-1118 for coach Gary.
