Stretch-n-Grow of Upstate SC Stretch-n-Grow of Upstate SC is an early childhood fitness & nutrition education program.

Our Certified Youth Fitness Professionals bring an "EXERciting" fitness program into preschools, daycares, and elementary schools. We use kid-sized equipment, fun music and "FUNtastic" adventures to help promote an active lifestyle and healthy eating habits.
