BUILT AT NEXT LEVEL | BREZENSKI ⚾
Brezenski’s development is a great example of how changing the way you move can change the kind of hitter you become.
A major focus of his work has been cleaning up his swing and becoming more efficient in how he creates and transfers force. He’s made significant improvements in his load, how he uses his lower half, and his ability to stay connected and sequence the swing instead of losing energy through unnecessary movement.
Those changes have helped him create a more direct, repeatable path to the baseball, better bat speed and more consistent impact—while putting him in a better position to adjust to different pitches.
But the bigger story is what those changes have meant for his overall development. As his swing has become more efficient, he’s been able to turn the physical gains he’s made into better performance at the plate and continued growth as a hitter.
That development has also led to bigger opportunities, including earning the opportunity to compete on a national team.
That’s the goal of development at Next Level: not changing a swing just to make it look better, but making changes that help an athlete move better, hit the ball harder, be more consistent, and ultimately become a better baseball player.
