LONG POST WARNING BUT EXCITING NEWS!!!!!
The real reason we’re Elite.
Our boys work hard. They show up, compete, and continue to grow every single day. But this post isn’t about them.
It’s about the people standing behind them.
In this photo, you’ll see parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and families who have made countless sacrifices to give these boys an opportunity to chase something they love.
The truth is, what makes Elite special isn’t the coaches. It’s the families. It’s the early mornings, the late nights, the weekends spent at ballparks, the extra practices, the long drives, the missed events, and the constant commitment to helping these boys become the best version of themselves. None of this happens without them.
As coaches, we talk a lot about adversity, accountability, and growth. Those lessons aren’t just for the boys. Our parents have experienced those same challenges right alongside them. They’ve trusted the process, supported one another, and continued showing up even when things weren’t easy. Growth is learning how to respond when things don’t go your way. It’s becoming mentally tougher. It’s learning how to work as a team, support one another, and keep moving forward.
That’s why we’re so proud of this group. We truly have something special🫶🏽 a great group of families, players, and coaches all pulling in the same direction.
We have one more big tournament left to close out our 9U spring season, and we’re excited to finish strong. After that, we’ll turn our focus to 10U and continue building. We’ll be emphasizing fundamentals, baseball IQ, mentality, speed, strength, agility, and all the little things that help players grow.
With all of that being said, Brandon and I are incredibly excited to announce that we’re expanding the Elite organization.
We’re looking for athletes, but more importantly, we’re looking for families who believe in what we’re building. Families who understand that growth takes time, adversity is part of the journey, and development matters just as much as the scoreboard.
Winning is great. We all love to win. But at the end of the day, our mission is bigger than baseball. We’re helping build confident, disciplined young boys into strong young men.
The 9U Elite team will be hosting tryouts to add 1–2 players to our roster. If you believe your family would be a good fit for our culture and program, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re also exploring the addition of 8U and 12U Elite teams, with more details coming soon.
If you have questions, would like references from current families, or simply want to learn more about our program, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d be happy to talk with you. Thank you to every parent, grandparent, sibling, and supporter who has helped make Elite what it is today.
You are the reason we’re Elite.
