When starting your fitness journey it can get very overwhelming very very quickly. When you start thinking about what you need to cut out of your diet, what sort of exercises there are and so much more. I felt very overwhelmed when I started seeing so many options and things to consider but I am here to tell you to start small. Your journey to fitness can take time so what I suggest doing is start with something small for example cutting out sugary drinks, go to the gym once or twice a week. You don't need to take these huge steps to start.
