The Taylor Sports Complex is gearing up for an exciting event this Saturday, April 27th - its first T-ball tournament!

We are thrilled to be hosting this fun-filled day of sports and friendly competition, but we need your help to make it a success. We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with manning the concession stand and gate keeping! By volunteering your time, you will not only be supporting the local community and youth sports, but you will also be a key player in creating a memorable experience for all participants and spectators.

We encourage all parents, family, and neighbors to consider lending a hand during the tournament. With many smiling faces expected in the crowd, it is sure to be a fun day supporting Taylor’s youngest athletes.

The concession stand will have our Taylor town famous pulled pork sandwiches & nachos! Come out and support our players & enjoy a snack!

As we continue to complete projects at the Taylor Sports Complex, we have an upcoming request for our concession stand. We are in search of a refrigerator to better serve our community & fans. Our current setup with ice chests has served us for the time being, but we are in need of an actual refrigerator that can keep up with the demands of our fans & ball teams. We are reaching out to our community in hopes of finding a generous individual or organization who would be willing to donate a refrigerator or contribute towards the purchase of a new one.

With the summer months approaching, our concession stand will get extremely busy, making it even more important to have a refrigerator in place of an ice chest.

We understand that purchasing a new refrigerator can be a significant expense, which is why we are open to any and all donations. Your generosity would not only benefit us, but it would also benefit the community as a whole. By supporting our concession stand, you are helping us to continue to provide options to our ball players and their fans. Whether it's a one-time donation or a contribution towards the purchase, every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated. We've got alot to do before game time but we are knocking it out as fast as possible. A few of our recent completed tasks include, digging and installing the field line for the septic, trenching and laying the water line to the concession stand, trenching and laying 3" conduit for our electric line, installing sheet rock in restrooms, dressing up the dirt work around the awning area of the Stuart field and continued work finishing out the inside of the concession stand. Our mowing crew has been busy maintaining the property and keeping our field prepped for practices. The #2 softball field has been seeded and we are waiting on the weather to complete the final grading of our parking area and baseball field. We're excited to see everything coming together and look forward to seeing our kids play ball!
