Everyone deserves our best, regardless what they can or can’t do for us. They deserve an honest effort and commitment.

It’s a relationship. I have to demonstrate and foster an environment of trust, so the athlete can then flourish.

It starts with us!! We cannot ask athletes to fall in line without first doing our part.
