2026 Tawas Area Braves Girls Varsity Golf Team

What an amazing group of young women! We span from seasoned veterans to first time players. These girls are talented and looking to make some noise this postseason!

Beyond just the on-course stuff, this is a great group of young ladies. They are kind, coachable and have fun. It’s been a fun year so far, and we all look forward to the rest of the season!

We’ve had an awesome season preview highlighting both our returning players and the new faces joining the program, along with a couple of articles covering our early-season action, including Eliza Primm and Gia Lesneski picking up the scramble event win at Singing Bridge!

The Bogeys team came in 2nd place at the Lake Charlevoix Championship of the Michigan Walleye Tour!

We were one the sponsors for the team of Ed Beckley, Bob Leslie and Chris Heckel. There were 40 teams who qualified for the championship tournament out of 189 teams on the Tour. Heck of an accomplishment!

⛳️🏈 What a cool day yesterday for the Girls Varsity Golf Team!

They played an 18 hole tournament at the incredible Bay View CC in Petoskey. Then the whole team stopped at Johannesburg Lewiston High School to cheer on the Tawas Varsity Football team! Definitely a fun day of making memories for the girls (and Coach).

What an amazing turnout for our 2nd Celebrity Bartending Event benefitting the Iosco County Firefighters Association! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, and supported! ⛳️ Good drink, good vibes, & some good swings 😉 Between the cash taken in, donated tips, % of sales donated, gift cards donated and bay time donated, we ended up raising over $1200!
