Sometimes we avoid things because they look intimidating.

Today I used a SIT (sprint interval training/not running)and Strength format, which is a class offered on other days, in my total body class. While it’s a favorite class of many there are also many who would be hesitant to try it. So I snuck it in and included optional extra rest periods during the SIT portion. And guess what? Not one person took them.
Like every class, it is your power, your speed, your strong,your hard…you do you…ALWAYS!
These ladies crushed it and proved what I’ve known all along—you are capable of more than you know 💪
Yes you can🗣️

Our Beginner Strength Training Private Small Group Express Sessions are perfect for anyone who wants personalized coaching in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

For the summer, we’re offering shorter 4-week sessions instead of our traditional 8-week program.

✔ Meet every Tuesday and Thursday
✔ 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
✔ Learn proper form and technique
✔ Build strength, muscle, and confidence

If you’ve always wanted to lift weights but felt intimidated by the gym, this program was created for you.

Our Private Beginner Strength Training Fitness Group will teach you how to safely build strength, improve muscle tone, and move better in everyday life while learning proper form from experienced coaches.

You’ll learn:
• Proper weight training technique
• How to modify exercises to fit your current fitness level
• When and how to progress exercises as you get stronger
• Functional movements that help support everyday activities
• How to build lean muscle, stronger bones, and greater confidence

These are not Cardio or CrossFit type classes

This is a total-body functional strength training program focused on helping you become stronger, healthier, and more confident in a supportive small-group environment.

I’m sure they, like all of us, had tons of things to do. But they took 1 hour out of their day for themselves!
They worked hard and hopefully left feeling accomplished and energized to take on the rest of their day!!🤩
And guess what?I bet that laundry, groceries and to do list waited for them!😉😂
