Thank you to Coach Ashley for supporting our athletes in the tournament! We alternated teams and coached throughout the tournament. We debriefed after for next steps and discussed individual goals for each player including skills and strategies, nutrition/fueling, and partnership skills. I’m looking forward to practice tomorrow!

The most serious game of Mystery Number Bounce Ball! How to play? Each person on the team picks a number which they keep secret from the other team. For 10 players, do numbers 1-12. When a team wins a rally, they get to pick a number. That number gets eliminated. They can be won back by guessing a number correct once they win a rally. Players are usually out and back in pretty quickly. The bounce ball part? Play everything. Off a bounce, off a wall, off a person…stop if it rolls or goes to the other side of the court. Elementary school favorite!
