Let’s talk about SMIT (Supramaximal Interval Training). This is when you are exercising at an all out intensity reaching very high levels of your VO2 Max. Intervals per session are typically longer compared to HIIT.

Doing 3-8 cycles of 30-60 second sprints with 30-60 second breaks (or till failure) will be a great example of a SMIT workout.

Sprinting has so many benefits including a great amount of caloric burn, increase in VO2 Max, increase in metabolism, and my favorite, increase in blood volume. An increase in all of these fields can help you boost your fitness and get you closer to your goals.

There are many different ways to increase blood volume but this is just one of my favorite ways to do so.

A friend of mine had mentioned he had some issues sleeping at night. So I gave him two samples of the Midnight Drop by

The first photo is a full 8hrs of sleep without the drop. Even though he got a full 8 hours, his sleep was disrupted. You can also notice the pattern of light to restful sleep is very bunched together and not super consistent. In total he got 3hrs and 35m of sleep time.

The second photo is a night of 7hrs and 35m of sleep BUT with the Midnight drop. Notice how he did not have any disruptions along with longer quality of light/restful sleep. His total restful sleep time was 3hrs and 55m.

Also focus on his heart rate and how it dipped to 31% when taking the Midnight drop.

So in conclusion, the Midnight Drop does help improve sleep quality. But don’t take my word for it, try a drop and take your word for it instead.

Hello FabiosFitnessFam!

It’s been a long time since I have been active here so I want to update you all as to why. I started a new job as a personal trainer for Equinox at Chestnut Hill in Newton. I absolutely love what I do even more now and I am so excited for the possibilities to come my way in life!

With that being said because of my new job I have not had any time to put into FabiosFitness or any time to train people locally here. I really enjoyed what I did and still want to in some way train everyone around the area because the impact that it had was very inspiring.

Even though I may not be able to train in person I still want to offer monthly workout programs.
