cise physiology, anatomy and resistance training. I won 1st Place in the Women’s All Natural Northeast Division Championship. I then became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 1996 and CPR AED certified through the American Heart Association. I was an adjunct faculty member at Westchester Community College in New York. I instructed students on anaerobic and aerobic fitness. Topics covered included nutrition, principles of exercise training, monitoring intensity, safety and effectiveness of exercise.
