Just some snippets from my actual practice.

A few fun facts (not that they matter but just interesting to me in documenting my journey):

both stag handstand holds were 24 seconds! Which is exciting because I have a “bad side” that usually can’t keep up.
Pincha was 30 seconds
Getting closer to my flip grip coming back- my fingers actually touched my toes today!! But I still use a towel for the full grip.
My wheel suffered for awhile after an injury but it’s also feeling stronger!
Got flying pigeon on one side (lately I’m slipping out of this one when practicing in the heat because it’s so slippery).
Still working on getting my twisted bound BOP back, left shoulder is still too tight but getting looser.
Had so much fun in this class today! I was so hot but it felt so good!
I remembered during savasana that I FORGOT TO PAY FOR PARKING! I might post that video of me realizing 😅

Try this lagree sequence (this is almost a full class minus the core finisher). What I really loved about this one was the glute cable kickbacks and the Bulgarian squats in the well which mimic so well the work we can do in the gym and gave that nice b***y burn.!
