Dear Tarpon Springs Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness families,
It is with an extremely heavy heart that we must inform you that all classes with TSJJ&F located inside Gypsea Air have been cancelled effective immediately.
We never wanted or expected to close in this fashion, so abruptly, but due to unforeseen circumstances, this is where we’re at.
We will not be relocating. After 3 years and 3 locations, this was the final stop for us. We have no hard feelings or ill will towards anyone who we’ve associated with along the way, we have simply come to the conclusion that brick and mortar business ownership is not the business model for us.
We are so sorry for the short notice and inconvenience this may cause you. Truly, we are very sorry, and wish we had more time to prepare you (and your children) for this.
If you paid a May membership or have classes remaining from purchasing a class pass, we will be offering a solution and / or refund over the next week after we figure out all the details of who we owe.
Again, we apologize and we are heartbroken that we didn’t get to say a formal goodbye.
Ryan has been offered a coaching job at a new facility opening around June 1st in New Port Richey. We will not be involved in any of the ownership or management details of this facility — he will simply be teaching classes, but if you are interested in learning more and getting in touch with the owners, feel free to reach out and we will point you in the right direction.
Thank you all for your love and support over these last 3 years. We love each and every one of you and truly do consider you family. We wish you all the best and hope that you’ll continue training jiu-jitsu wherever that may be! 🩵
