Fresh out the kitchen and I chefed up another perfect Sunday NBA lay.
These lines are way too short and the trends keep screaming the same thing.
First up — Jalen Brunson over 4.5 assists.
This is straight up a usage play. Philly keeps blitzing Brunson and forcing the ball out his hands… and every time he responds by becoming a playmaker.
He’s cleared this in 4 of his last 5 and just dropped 6 and 9 assists in the last two against Philly.
The Knicks offense runs through him every possession. One thing about Brunson? He’s touching the ball enough to fall into 5 assists.
Next — Devin Vassell over 5.5 rebounds and assists.
This line is behind the trend. He’s cleared this in 5 straight road games averaging over 9 rebounds and assists per game.
Minnesota’s defense forces extra passes and long rebounds, which is perfect for Vassell’s role.
And the minutes are locked in. He’s gone for 8, 9, and 9 in three of the last four. The volume is there. The opportunity is there. We just need 6.
And last — Rudy Gobert over 15.5 PRA.
This might be the freest one on the board.
Gobert has absolutely bullied San Antonio all year.
He’s cleared this in every matchup against them and averaging almost 24 PRA.
The Spurs have no answer for his size on the glass and easy dump-off buckets. 18, 19, 22, 26, 34. That’s the last five against San Antonio.
This line should not still be sitting at 15.5.
3 plays. 2 games. Same script.
Lock these in and meet me at the cashier.
