We're not perfect. We all make mistakes.
Maybe you skipped the gym.
Maybe you planned to bring your lunch, but instead went out with your co-workers for a not so healthy lunch.
Maybe you didn't feel like cooking dinner so you grabbed something from the drive-thru on the way home.
You have two options here. You can choose to let those things discourage you.... to tell yourself you're a screw up and continue making poor choices.
Or, we can use these situations to learn. Ask yourself, "How can I set myself up for success the next time? What can I do instead?"
