Hey DAF Friends & Family,
I apologize I have been missing in action for a while, but if you don’t know my wife gave birth to our beautiful son 👶🏽 Kingston Maurice Johnson at 8lbs 11 ounces a month ago. We have been extremely busy adjusting to our new life.

With that we will start back up with group training classes and zoom group training In January 2022 starting the new year off right & focused. Actual date coming soon. 💪🏽

Hi guys! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

I want to thank you for your love and support over the past year and a half we have definitely learned a new way to do things and interact with each other.

🎁Saturday 7/24 will be the last Free zoom group training class.

⭐️All classes will be $10 going forward.

Maintaining the existing schedule zoom group training will be held on Tuesday, Thursday, @ 6pm and Saturday @ 10:15am.

🌞WE ARE BACK OUTSIDE STARTING Saturday 7/31 at Branchton park from 9am - 10am

The PARQ at cross creek tennis courts Tuesday & Thursday - 7pm.
