🌻 A GLIMPSE Into a Private Yoga & Sound Healing Session at Uncage Your Sunflower 🌻

We shared a beautiful private yoga session this morning with a woman who has been practicing one-on-one with us for seven months as part of her treatment for pre cancerous breast tissue. Her identity will remain confidential.

Alongside her medical care, she has incorporated Private yoga and Reiki into her wellness routine. She has shared that she is noticing encouraging changes in her body, including a reduction in the size of her breast lump. While yoga and Reiki are complementary practices, not treatments for cancer, we are honored to support her relaxation, mobility, emotional well-being, and connection with her body. We are so proud of her growth, commitment and healing.
