🚨 FLOATER 1: OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION 🚨
There’s been heated debate online after an inaccurate post about Floater 1 was circulated — likely by the fake news fitness media 📰.
As a result, the Tampa Combine is placing immediate tariffs on TYR and NOBULL until a full correction has been made.
That said — this is the official position of the Combine and how the workout will be performed 👇
FLOATER 1: Max Weight
👥 Partner 1: 1RM Sn**ch (squat or power)
👥 Partner 2: 3RM Overhead Squat (at same weight)
⏱️ 3-Minute Cap between both athletes.
🏋️♂️ One barbell per team. Athletes load their own barbell, clearly declare weight to the judge, and get the 👍 before lifting.
Weights can be lowered between attempts. The bar may be preloaded before the first lift.
✅ All 3 OHS must be completed before time expires.
✅ A rep only counts once the judge signals completion.
✅ for the Overhead Squat, the bar may be brought overhead any way you like — doesn’t have to be a sn**ch.
