We’re bummed to report that we had to make the difficult call to cancel this weekend’s Boardr Series stop at Seek Skateboard Camp in Sandy, OR. With just seven people signed up as of the Tuesday before the event, it’s just not enough for a quality contest. If you signed up, you have an email from us offering a refund or entry at another stop.

In the three decades we’ve been doing all ages contests, this is the first time this has ever happened. Interesting times out there.
 We’ll see you at Fontana, CA (Aug 21 - 22) for Stop 9 and Des Moines, IA (Sept 25) for the Championships..

If you’re a subscriber to our newsletter, Rob Meronek will be speaking way more there than you’ll ever hear him speak in person. He will be elaborating on stats and contest participation, likely generating more questions than answers. Subscribe on our site and watch for that update.

After Minneapolis this weekend, we head straight to Seek Skateboard Camp outside of Portland, Oregon for stop 9 of The Boardr Series national all-ages skateboarding contest series.
