For years 2+ YEARS I was doing *just* enough to maintain a body I was pretty happy with…

Until I called myself out and stopped asking:

“What can I get away with?”

and started asking:

“Does this align with where I’m trying to go?”

Tiny decision.

Big difference. 👀🔥

And those tiny decisions are the reason I’ll be walking into my wedding in the BEST shape of my entire life.

Guyssss the second I stopped treating my wedding physique like some casual goal and started treating it like a real goal with an actual strategy behind it… my body changed FAST.

12lbs in 2 months. WASIT is gone. GLUTES are popping!! 🤏

Before working together she was MAINTAINING no matter how much effort she put in.

We fixed the leaks.
With her training.
Nutrition.
And consistency.
