Trust the Process (the book) also Confía en el Proceso in Spanish is making its way across the US and the international stages. Now, the athlete’s journal is out on amazon. It’s a personal journal that serves as a road map for athletes. The book is designed mainly for parents as they are an important part of the process for the support they provide, the journal gives the athlete responsibility about their part in the process.
