Tampa Women's Basketball Tampa Women's Basketball Founded in 1975, the University of Tampa Women's Basketball team is currently headed by coach Tom Jessee.

UT's leader has just completed his 20th season as head coach for The University of Tampa women's basketball program and has guided his team to 12 NCAA tournament appearances (2005-2011, 2014, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2022). A member of the Sunshine State Conference, Tampa has achieved countless awards and accomplishments such as 12 NCAA Appearances, 7 SSC Tournament Championships, 6 SSC Regular Season Ch

ampionships, 115 All-SSC Players, 9 SSC Players of the Year, 5 SSC Freshmen of the Year, 16 NCAA All-South Regional Players, 2 NCAA All-South Regional Player of the Year, and 12 All-Americans.
