Special Intellidance Crew - Tru Skool

Special Intellidance Crew - Tru Skool Giving back to the community through dance! There are five elements of Hip-Hop; DJ, MC, B-Boy/B-girl (Breakdance), Graffiti and Knowledge.

We represent the dance element of Hip-Hop. We strive to stay true to authentic hip-hop culture and teach youth alternative ways to living through dance. Idle hands and minds lead to bad decisions. Hip-Hop gives people an outlet of expression and for stress. Tru Skool helps promote youth (and adults) to stay true to themselves. Our classes mostly contain breakdance lessons, but our dance skills are

not limited to just breakdancing! We also teach Jamaican Dancing, Poppin, Locking, Capoeira, as well as Contemporary styles. Our lessons also include freestyling (improve dancing), choreography, Dance History and Hip-Hop History. We mentor students through life skills (Communication, Problem Solving, and Anger Management). There are many life lessons to be learned through dancing and provides a big boost of confidence in students.
