did battle last weekend at want could be considered as the Toughest National show In the NPC , where athletes from everywhere folk in mass to compete with the hopes of winning the pro card
Each of the were new to the National stage and did their absolute best. Bodybuilding is rarely a one and done situation, it is gradual progression through consistency and new experiences throughout the process/ lifestyle.
Definitely hope that they each were able to see and learn more about themselves so they can continue to push and climb to higher levels of their own greatness as the rest , reflect and refocus on what’s next!
