The “MAGIC pill” - which do you think it is?

Currently: just eating good food, ENOUGH OF IT, enjoying the gym again for the first time in ages, and just a smidge of the sauce (200mg/wk, which is lower than my prescribed TRT)

100 days of work - in LESS than perfect conditions!
This goes out to all you slackers, procrastinators and excuse makers -> progress CAN be made in less than perfect conditions.

Erin is not a bodybuilder, but she has goals to look like a new human entirely over time! And in just 100 days, we’ve taken confident strides in that direction. Life, family, work, a move to a new state, more family, you name it….its been on her plate! Yet, she shows up, communicates and is COACHABLE!

Even just in the last two weeks we have made strides in mental and training progress that will unlock even MORE progress in the next 100 days to come.

Cut the s**t, be like Erin, make it happen and continue to strive for YOUR better.

Yup. 10 years into this s**t and I still take check in photos that I hate. It happens.

NOW, despite hating the “look” it was a positive week.
Up almost a pound from 241-241.8 which I’ll chalk up as a win.
Digestion is slowly but steadily improving while I AM making some progress physique wise which I’ll take.

In due time it’ll be full tilt fun again, healthy bowel movements (yeah, fuCĶ your TMI), and actually enjoying my check in photos!

For now. I bitch, moan, and go hit legs today 😤

Nothing special:

241.0lbs this morning.
4100cals daily.
200mg Test/wk, not a single thing more.
Training has been a bit higher volume with shorter rest periods.
Aiming to execute daily and walk the walk.
It’s simple.

I get asked daily “how many weeks out are you?”

The answer? An awkward laugh. Every time.

Anyway, I’m gonna go take my fat ass and get back in gear.

Gut to be fixed, labs to clean up.

We all want to read captions that affirm our actions, support our decisions, make us “feel good” and related too.

Yet, at the essence of every caption in this fitness industry, there exists a simple constant.

Work. Hard.

It doesn’t matter the angle of discussion around nutrition.
Your rep tempo versus elongated muscle fiber hypertrophic debate.
The supplement that’s better than the other supplement but definitely is worse than the first supplement.

It’s all the same on here.
And with that, it’s all the same root.

Work. Hard.

And if this all perplexes you, and you can’t see it yourself.
Then facts are, you don’t fu***ng work hard 🤷‍♂️
