To My Coaches and Leadership Team,

There are moments when I look around at what we've built together and feel genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude.

Russell Coaching has never been about programs, systems, or schedules. It has always been about people. It has always been about changing lives one conversation, one relationship, and one student at a time. And none of that would be possible without each of you.

Thank you for the care you bring, the wisdom you share, the patience you extend, and the belief you hold for students and families—especially on the days when they struggle to believe in themselves.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for solving problems, celebrating victories, navigating challenges, and carrying this mission forward with such heart and integrity. Thank you for being the kind of professionals who never forget that behind every assignment, every goal, and every setback is a real human being who needs connection more than correction.

I often get credit for founding Russell Coaching, but the truth is that what makes this organization special is the extraordinary team that brings it to life every day. Your compassion, creativity, humor, dedication, and commitment to our students inspire me constantly.

I am proud of what we do, but even more proud of who we are.

Thank you for believing in our mission, in our families, in our students, and in one another. I am endlessly grateful to have you on this journey with me.

With love, appreciation, and admiration,

Norrine

💡 Parent Tip Tuesday

When we constantly ask, “Did you finish your work?” or “Did you study?” we may be unintentionally taking ownership of the process.

Instead, try asking:

👉 “What’s your plan?”

This simple shift encourages your child to think ahead, problem-solve, and take responsibility for their own success. Over time, questions like this help build executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, and independence.

Small shifts in how we communicate can lead to big growth in confidence and accountability.

What’s one question you ask that helps your child think for themselves? Share below! ⬇️
