Friday Favorite: Slipery Elm Bark

Slippery Elm comes in different forms but I prefer the tea… which I add to a smoothie.

If you drink it like a tea, the texture is REALLY WEIRD… so I recommend the smoothie route. 😆

Friday Favorite: Popcorn 🍿

I love most everything puts out!

This popcorn is my son’s absolute favorite thing and I use it for consistent bribery. 😅

It’s so nice to have a pantry snack that you know isn’t harming your body so you’re free to eat without the guilt.
