We use the VertiMax to build transferable athletes.
In this circuit, each movement has a purpose:

Split Jumps ➡️ Develop single-leg power + stability (key for sprint stride and takeoff)

Broad Jumps ➡️ Train horizontal force production (your first step + acceleration)

Quick Steps ➡️ Improve ground contact speed and reactivity

Then we apply it:

✔️ Sprint mechanics = faster, more efficient acceleration

✔️ Box jumps = more explosive vertical output

A lot of plyometric work looks good but doesn’t always transfer.

Here are 4 essential volleyball drills designed to help athletes gain a competitive edge:
