The surprise is put 👻 Sitting at just about 10 weeks pregnant and WOW, what a journey it’s already been. It’s a whirlwind of emotions that I’m feeling; happy, excited, hopeful.. & sick but most of all extremely BLESSED. God has a way with timing, and I am grateful that he chose Freddie and i to be the parents of this wonderful and beautiful creation 👶🏽🥰💕 I tell ya, just when I thought 2020 couldn’t get any better 😭🤰🏼 I’m going to be a mommy guys!!!! We are going to be parents!! We can expect this pumpkin on June 2nd, 2021 .. thank you God. We trust in you.

I’m happiest in life knowing I have the privilege in working with determined people toward achieving their goals in health and fitness. Take ✨ .nikoleee ✨ for instance. This girl brings so much energy, excitement and enthusiasm to our sessions. I see her 3 times a week and let me tell ya, personal training gets personal! with all things considered, 2020 has actually been one of the best years for me. Quarantine was an opportunity for me to disconnect and truly find myself. Let’s see... I left an unfulfilling relationship, quit a job that was toxic for my mental well being, bought a brand new car, accepted a position at Crunch Fitness where I am thriving in my craft, but I truly feel that all these choices stemmed from one major decision I made this year - welcoming God back into my life. From the moment I had a conversation with the guy upstairs and found myself back at church (pre quarantine 🙄) my life has shifted dramatically. I thank God every single day for giving me the strength to make these choices and lead my path and I’m not kidding you guys - the sense of clarity I have, the mindset and attitude I’ve adapted, just my energy in general... it’s all so different and I trust I’m on to bigger and better things with his guidance.

Speaking of bigger and better things 😬 no need to wait for 2021 to compete. I made this last minute decision to do this show in 3 months because I’ve been sooo inspired lately. I’m in such a good place right now where I feel like I can conquer a prep knowing all it entails!

I have to recognize that not all the time am I going to have it together. Sometimes my heart will break. I will hurt. I feel pain. But I will not apologize for me being broken..

Ok so the number one, I’m sorry the number two most important thing for all of us when going back to our gyms on a regular basis is the RESPECT & CONSIDERATION for others. The number one thing is obviously cleanliness and sanitation on a level of new mandated protocol. Please PLEASE PLEEEAAASSEE do not be that person that comes out of lockdown not having learned one thing about how to clean up after yourself 🤦🏼‍♀️ gyms will be taking this protocol 110% seriously and will have to politely ask those who cannot follow the guidelines to leave the gym.

One thing to consider now days is that it’s not about you & only you, it just can’t be in this aspect.. Just because joe shmo believes he is building his immune system by not wearing a mask doesn’t mean he shouldn’t give sally su her 6 feet of social distance. There will be many different beliefs but they are all worth considering when safety is involved.

Another thing to consider, things will never be the same (on my drake s**t 😎). The protocol of sanitation is on an astronomical caliber. It’s important for the members to feel safe when they are ready to come back and as gyms will be doing everything that the state requires of us and some, members should show the same concern for those around them cause when it comes down to it guys, we are a COMMUNITY and we have to respect the changes to be made in order to allow business to open. We have to respect others feelings about this pandemic. It’s a pandemic!!
