We’re proud to share that Tampa Aikido instructor Sensei Todd Jones will be presenting a “No Sweat” Self-Defense seminar tomorrow at the Rotary Club of Tampa.

Drawing on years of experience in Aikido and personal safety training, Todd will be focusing on practical self-defense concepts such as awareness, balance, conflict avoidance, and staying calm under pressure—principles at the heart of our practice.

It’s always great to see Aikido shared with the broader community in meaningful, real-world ways.
