☀️ JUNE ACRO IS HERE ☀️

Join us every Friday in June for our Beginners & All Levels Acro Class starting at 6pm, followed by Acro Jam from 7:30pm until the last person leaves. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been practicing for years, everyone is welcome to come learn, move, connect, and grow with our community.

Please bring:
• Yoga Mat
• Water Bottle
• Small Towel

Since our classes are held outdoors, weather plays a very important role in class each week. Florida heat, rain, lightning, wet ground conditions, and high heat index warnings can all affect class safety and comfort. Please always check our Instagram Stories for same day updates, cancellations, rainouts, or location changes before heading out.

If weather forces us indoors, we will relocate class to .

Indoor rainout class details:
• Class begins at 7:30pm
• Cost is $10 per person
• FREE for Kinection Arts members
• 90 minute class with stretch and cool down after class

We highly recommend staying after class to experience more of the amazing community at Kinection Arts, learn about their Acro and mobility classes offered throughout the week, and check out their Saturday handstand classes as well.

If you’ve never tried acro before, this is your sign to come play. Our Friday classes are free and designed to give you a welcoming, supportive introduction to both acro and our community.

🩵💙💜Hearts 4 Acro is our annual February series focused on connection, courage, and growth, opening hearts, building trust, and rising together through movement and as a community.

Each week builds on the last and prepares you to further your acro journey alongside your community. Together, we create our growth, safety, experience, strength, environment, and the trust in each other that lifts not only our hearts, but our bodies as well.

Spotting and Safety in Acro

In acro, safety is not optional. It is foundational.

Spotting looks different depending on the skill, the bodies involved, and the level of risk. That is why we emphasize the following principles.

Spotting equals safety.
Communication equals care and shared understanding.
Consent equals respect and acknowledgement.

Awareness matters in every role, including base, flyer, spotter, and community.

Different bodies.
Different paths.
One community.
We do not rush growth.

Friday Acro Class Lineup for January

January 2 – New Year, New Beginnings
Fresh energy, fresh intentions. We’ll reset the basics, shake off the old year, and ease into 2025 with grounded foundations and open hearts.

January 9 – New Goals, New Focus
Intentional movement and mindful builds. This class is about setting personal goals, refining technique, and moving with purpose.

January 16 – New Friends, New Connections
Partner rotations, trust-building, and community flow. Come ready to connect, communicate, and fly with someone new.

January 23 – Level Up
Progressions, confidence, and skill expansion. We’ll take familiar shapes and add layers to help you level up safely and creatively.

January 30 – New Challenges
Playful challenges, adaptability, and exploration. Expect problem solving, surprises, and a chance to step slightly outside your comfort zone.
