Summer has arrived, marking another trip around the sun.

I express gratitude for another year and the circumstances that have shaped my current position. Although I'm not yet at my desired destination, I remain determined to be.

🚨🚨He lost 10lbs in 2 weeks🚨🚨

Will was able to achieve 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks in my 14 day challenge!

Today I want to celebrate Will for his hard work & dedication throughout the challenge!

When Will came to me, he was struggling with:

❌- A plateau with his workouts and nutrition

❌- Lacking a proper understanding of how a workout routine should be structured.

❌- Lead to him not seeing the results that he wanted.

Will took the leap and started working with me in my 14 day challenge and within the first week he was down 7lbs. We focused on his nutrition and consistency and boom 💥 within 2 weeks he was down 10lbs!

✅- Causing him to gain confidence in his workouts

✅- Now continues to strive for excellence throughout his fitness journey
