This moment may seem slight, however from what started has a strong fear for going under water has now turned into excitement! We are now happily submerging our face into the water & now working on swimming to get the wall!

What do we do if we fall in the pool?
GET THAT WALL. 👏🏼

It was this little mermaids first lesson ever & first time trying this skill! Teaching the student if she were to fall into the pool, to turn around and get the wall. Can’t wait to see this more advance in the coming weeks! 🧜‍♀️☀️👏🏼

Swim FLOAT Swim! 🌊

The swim FLOAT swim technique is a self rescue technique that is so important to children learning survival swim skills.

This method teaches them to roll onto their back to be able to breathe & rest, then continue swimming again.
