Transformation Thursday SPT Fam!
This one is extra special to us. The man pictured above is Jay - our owner met Jay during his freshman year of college. You see Jay is an international student, Indian in decent but hailing from Kuwait. When Zach & Jay started working together it was because Jay was a young kid who had so much passion for boxing & the gym but no idea what to do, so we took him on in a pro-bono manner.
Two years, Zach & Jay have worked almost every day together. Our owner, Zach, eventually became Jay’s sponsor - helping with housing, groceries, tutoring, etc.
The change pictured above is two years of hard work. Jay has turned from a sweet kid we wanted to help in the gym, to a member of my family.
Boxing isn’t a business. It’s a vehicle to change lives. We couldn’t be more proud of Jay for how far he’s come and we couldn’t be more excited to see where he’s going.
When you do things the right way for the right reasons - the right people get the help they need. Thank you for being a member of the SPT Fam, Jay! Can’t wait to see where this journey takes us, little bro!

We coached our first (of many) corporate classes tonight for Blue Magma! These ladies brought some heat! We’ll be out twice a week to work with the staff, workout the staff, and educate all of their employees on nutrition & general wellness!
We’re excited that these lovely ladies will have access to the highest level of coaching to help them along the fitness journey we started tonight!

Transformation Tuesday!
SPT Fam - Meet Tyler. We started working together about 3 months ago with his primary goal being to look “better in a T-Shirt” well that quickly evolved to “learn powerlifting” and “add boxing” 😂
Tyler is the definition of dedication and it shows! This is the bottom of our first cut together - we’ll be doing two more and you don’t wanna miss where we’re about to take this physic.
So proud of you dude.
