I’m calling you out, . The situation with my son is unacceptable and downright wrong. Without getting too deep into zoning rules (those of you who know, know). Braden has been left with a choice; travel 3 hours round trip to hockey practice and play for Palmetto, or don’t play at all. He goes to private school that has no team affiliation, but is zoned for a team in which he MUST attend that school to play (EastLake). So rather than place him on a combined team that plays and practices 10 minutes from our house, he gets s**t on. My son is not going to drive himself over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge for an hour of ice and 3 hours of homework/study time wasted. Last season he was among the league leaders in scoring (20+ goals) and was named to the All-Star team. PHU, wouldn’t you like a 20 goal scorer? How about you, Mitchell? Seminole? You’re being crapped on too! I’m just so angry. And I’m sad for my kid, who just wants to play. Clean it up.
