iStroll is the ultimate 60 minute stroller workout made by athletes for parents. iStroll incorporates running, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and of course, a stroller! It gives both moms and dads a full body workout while keeping babies involved, moving and happy! It is a place to meet other parents with similar interests who are also in the same life stage. er and healthier, you will not only make life long friends but through leading by example you will empower the next generation to be fit too. Come try us out! Your first class is always free. No sign up required. Show up a few minutes early to sign a waiver! Please bring a towel/workout mat, light hand weights, sun screen, water, and don't forget the babies ;)
