Happy Tuesday!

Fruits are tasty as well as healthy. People often forget about having a balanced diet while following a fitness routine. Then they complain that they are not getting expected results. You should know that diet plays a vital role in maintaining the overall health of your body. It should be full of vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Nothing will be healthier than fruits. So, you should consider adding them to your diet.


Make sure you eat a fruit 30min before your workout!!! See you tonight at 7pm!!!

Fitness is more than just physical
For the most part, our external appearance is a reflection of our internal state. Fitness in all aspects (physical, mental, emotional etc,) is a matter of routines or habits. Things we do in our daily life can affect our bodies in many different ways. For example- environment, if you surround yourself with people who are continuously eating unhealthy, drinking etc those habits will affect you. So we can’t just think of working out as physical it includes these 7 forms of self-care to get us to our ultimate fitness goals.

Our motto at LIVECAMFIT is “Build A Lifestyle Worth Living”

So I would like everyone to think of 1 thing they can change this week to help them grow.

Mine is more sleep. I’m continuously up running around, which sometimes affects my daily routine. I find myself with less energy or unmotivated to complete tasks that need to get done. I will get more rest this week.
