The Trench Academy We have engineered our programs for developing Offensive and Defensive Lineman into powerful, reliable, and recruitable athletes.

Our approach is a lifestyle change, both physically and mentally to mature the rising athlete into the ultimate prospect. The Trench Academy one of the top football training programs in the country. The reason why is simple: There’s an emphasis on details, ex*****on, and perfecting the little things. It is a college program offered to high school ball players. The Program includes weight training,

speed training, explosive measurement and production, injury prevention protocol, in-season treatment and therapy, position specific technique training, film, study, and nutrition/ supplementation.

More than a camp. A brotherhood.

The 2nd Annual 50 Cal Big Man Camp was about competing, learning, and honoring the life and legacy of Calvin Dickey Jr.

From lineman drills to 1-on-1s, every rep was taken with purpose. Big men got better, competed, and walked away with more than just football development.
