If you’re struggling right now, this is your reminder:
You do not need to hit rock bottom before reaching out for support.
There are people trained to help.
There are resources available.
And there is absolutely no shame in needing support.
Some starting points:

🤍 Reach out to your primary doctor
🤍 Find a therapist or support group
🤍 Talk to someone you trust
🤍 Spend time in community instead of isolating
Healing rarely happens alone.
And if you’re supporting someone who’s struggling:
You don’t need perfect words.
