Wednesday and Thursday practice schedule
First session - 530-645 Elementary
Second session - 645-815 JH/HS

🚨Reminder, if you cannot make it to your designated session, no worries, come to the one that you are able to make.
As we get a feel for each individual’s skill levels we will figure things out with the practice session each wrestler will benefit the most from.

After what has felt like an eternity, but only has been for 5 weeks without a club. And when 2 motivated wrestling families and God come together, there’s nothing that can’t happen!

We are extremely excited to announce our new location and club name! Please like, follow, and share the page to get the word out!

Practices will be Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting September 1st.
We will be offering an intermediate and separate advanced practices as well as 1 on 1 private sessions!

This club has been something that we have prayed about, talked about, and worked hard to bring to life. Our vision is to create more than just a place to wrestle.

We want Rugged Cross to be a place where athletes are challenged to become better wrestlers, teammates, leaders, and young men and women — all while keeping Christ at the center of what we do.

Whether your wrestler is brand new to the sport or looking for additional mat time and high-level training, there is a place for them at Rugged Cross.
