New class starting in October!

Afterschool Yoga w/ Ms. Abigail, starting Oct. 1st.

This won't be your typical yoga class. This will be a lighthearted, fun and engaging introduction to yoga. Music will play big role in the class keeping it fun and entertaining for the kids.

Registration start on Monday, Sept. 21st at 8 a.m. online at https://secure.rec1.com/FL/city-tallahassee-fl/catalog under the Sue McCollum tab.

Cost: $11.50 for 10 weeks

Schedule: Thursdays starting Oct. 1st from 4-4:30 p.m. or 4:30-5 p.m.

Ages: 5-12

Good morning friends! I have parents reaching out about kids yoga classes and although we are keeping our eyes out for locations, we haven’t found one yet. If you’re interested in joining a Kids Yoga after school program 4-6pm on Mondays, please comment or contact me. We are setting something up and I’d love to gauge interest. Thanks!

Yoga with cats is back! Hosted by Tally Mind over Mat, enjoy a a 6 p.m. hour long guided yoga class followed by a relaxing hour with our cats! Your admission to these yoga sessions includes a drink🧋

We're also offering a specially curated Kid's Yoga night this month, as a way to unwind before Back to School! This session is specifically for kids ages 5-12, and is one hour of guided yoga. Parents are welcome to observe from our window bar, and this session also includes a drink.
